Road Maintenance Fees 2024

Costa Verde and Marina Vista 1 fees are lower because of the number of people and the amount of road used and the historical amounts paid.  

 

All road fees are voluntary.  100% of your contribution goes to the upkeep of the road or to pay the transfer/bank fees or accountant.  Please be a good neighbor and contribute to the roads.  If you disagree with the amount, please pay what you think is fair, but pay something.
