Road Maintenance Fees 2025

Costa Verde and Marina Vista 1 fees are lower because of the number of people who contribute and the amount of road used.

All road fees are voluntary.  100% of your contribution goes to the upkeep of the road or to pay the transfer/bank fees or accountant.  If you disagree with the amount, please contact us and pay what you think is fair. Please be a good neighbor and contribute to the roads.
