Summary notes: 

• We are pleased with the way the roads have held up better this year.  The significant material placed last year as well as the end-of-year work has given us a better base to work from. 

• We have primarily done patch work thus far this year. 

• We plan to do mid-year work during “little-summer”.  We have pre-purchased some of the highest grade material and hope to be able to spread and compact that material.  

• We are trying to be sure we reserve funds for end-of-year work as well.  

• We also plan to continue with improvement projects as we have the funds.  

• We are using a dedicated association bank account and an accounting firm this year.  

• We now have to pay 13% taxes for all work, effectively increasing our expenses.
